Hello, I’m Ibrahim from Gaza. I live with my wife and four children.
Our life before 10/07/2023 was full of optimism and peace, but because of the brutal war and the mass extermination carried out by the occupation army on Gaza on that date, we lost our home and were forced to flee, moving more than 8 times in search of a safe place, but to no avail.
The war destroyed my livelihood and my family’s livelihood, and we faced hunger, illness, and the harsh conditions of heat and cold for an entire year. We lived in a small tent that we moved in several times to different places, fleeing from the bombing and destruction, all in search of safety.
In the midst of this tragedy, my dear mother was severely injured as a result of bombing by the occupation’s planes. She was transferred to Egypt for treatment. She underwent five surgeries, and now she is staying in a hospital in Egypt. However, we are unable to bear the costs of her treatment and the required medical supplies, while we have no income or source of livelihood. Additionally, the blockade on Gaza prevents us from visiting her due to the enormous amounts required to coordinate our entry through the Rafah crossing.
Amid this suffering, we were blessed with a newborn.
His arrival brought us great joy, but it also increased our burdens. Our baby needs special care, and his needs, such as formula milk and diapers, have become extremely expensive. I cannot describe the feeling of helplessness when he cries from hunger, and I cannot meet his needs. The high prices and the absence of income have made securing even the most basic necessities for him nearly impossible.
To my second family،
Our situation, as well as the situation of my family and the people of Gaza, has become incredibly tragic. Can you imagine that my wife, our four children, and I, along with our entire family, have been displaced more than 8 times and have lived in tents for over 13 months? We are now suffering from hunger in the truest sense of the word. The occupation uses hunger as a weapon and has blocked the entry of aid and food trucks for over two months, leading the country to famine. Prices have skyrocketed, and every day that passes, we live in real hunger.
Please, don’t grow tired of us and don’t stop talking about this injustice.
I need your help and support now more than ever.
The funds raised will be used to cover essential needs:
1. Traveling through the Rafah crossing to Egypt: The cost of crossing the border for individuals over 16 years old is $5,000, and for those under 16 years old, it is $2,500. For our family of six, the total will be $20,000.
2. Visa application for entry to Egypt: $300 per person, totaling $1,800 for our family.
3. Passport fees: $100 per person, totaling $600 for our family.
4. Costs for my mother’s treatment: $15,000 to cover hospital fees, surgeries, and other medical services.
5. Basic living costs and temporary accommodation in Egypt: $1,500 per month for six months, totaling $9,000.
6. Education for my four children: $5,000 for six months.
The total amount required: $49,000.
Every contribution, no matter how small, makes a big difference.
You can donate through the link in the bio (GoFundMe).
Thank you for your generosity and support in these difficult times.

Palestinian trade unions call for end to ‘complicity’ in Israeli crimes
“A coalition of Palestinian trade unions has called on the international labour movement to ‘end all forms of complicity with Israel’s crimes’ by halting the trading of arms, all funding, and military research, as Israel prepares a ground invasion of Gaza amid horrific reports of a humanitarian disaster gripping the strip and mounting evidence of war crimes.
“An open letter signed by the Palestinian General Federation of Trade Unions and 18 trade unions and professional associations urged workers in relevant industries to refuse to build weapons destined for Israel, to refuse to transport weapons to Israel, and to take action against companies complicit in ‘implementing Israel’s brutal and illegal siege’ with whom unions have contracts.
“The letter also pushed for trade unions to pass motions in their branches to this effect, and to pressure governments to stop all military trade with Israel.
“The letter said: ‘This urgent genocidal situation can only be prevented by a mass increase of global solidarity with the people of Palestine and that can restrain the Israeli war machine. We make this call as we see attempts to ban and silence all forms of solidarity with the Palestinian people. We ask you to speak out and take action in the face of injustice as trade unions have done historically.’
“The TUC, as well as several British trade unions, including the Transport Salaried Staffs’ Association ... condemned the killing of civilians by Hamas as well as Israel’s onslaught against Gaza. GMB and Prospect – both of which represent members in the defence industry – are yet to issue statements.”

abdul rahman's article (nov 22nd, 2023) "israel has been ‘above’ international law ever since its inception"

Canadian Jews complicit in genocide
There is a long history of Jewish Canadians joining the Israeli army. This practice has continued throughout the genocide in Gaza. Reporting from the Canadian Press, the National Post and the CBC, for example, has profiled several Jewish Canadians who joined the Israeli army in the days after October 7, all of whom described their choice as being due to their identity.  The idea that these individuals could potentially be found to be legally complicit in the genocide shouldn’t be controversial to anyone.

Anyone else have near-perfect executive function at work; but at home, have literally no energy or motivation to do anything except lie in a dark room, with something in or on your ears for several hours?
#It’s got to be the schedule keeping me on task at work#I love microdosing strict routines (not having an actual routine for the day; but having routines for small tasks#which piss me off if I can’t carry them out precisely the way I planned)#For instance: If I’m asked to paperclip a bunch of stuff together with multicolored paperclips of various sizes#I cannot just indiscriminately pick paperclips from the container because that is WRONG and ILLEGAL#The colors must fit the theme of the assignments; and the colors must alternate in a specific order#and the paperclips must all be the same size#If I’m asked to dump out and clean containers of writing utensils I am going to sort them by type and color#whether you like it or not#Black permanent markers have their own container in a different section from the blue permanent markers#Dry-erase markers are not to be mixed with permanent markers because they are easily confused and it is WRONG and ILLEGAL#Do not fuck with the system. It’s the only organizational skill I have and by fucking GOD I’m going to use it in EXCESS#I stuff and fill out envelopes the exact same way every time because if I do it any other way it is WRONG and ILLEGAL#The stamp always goes on last to minimize monetary waste if there is a mistake#Now you’d think my room is squeaky clean and organized because of how particular I am about these small tasks#Right? Right?#NO IT IS NOT. It looks like a bomb went off. Cleaning the room is a big task which cannot be accomplished within two hours#therefore I have discarded it as anything I need a routine for because it would take too long to come up with#and it is very hard for me to do things like that without instructions or a sense of consistency#So I simply don’t#“After five years the dust doesn’t get any worse” correct; but the mold certainly does#I am convinced half my problems with organization as a kid would have been solved if I just had a hamper#“We have a clothes chute; you don’t need a hamper” Maybe you don’t but I DO#I want one now; but I’m going to use it as incentive to get an apartment#because that’s another thing I need to smuggle and I have too much already

I feel like a lot of the discussion online about Israel/Palestine is just Americans trying not to come to terms with the fact that they are significantly more responsible for the death of over 900,000 Afghanistan, Syrian, and Iraqi citizens then I am for the 30,000 Palestinians that Israel has killed

Hi 👋 my 🍉 dear ⚘supporters ❤
I am a Palestinian youngman of 26 yrs , from the besieged Gaza, seeking to find safety and peace for my eight_member family 👪 that has been in very harsh and tough situations for almost a year. Since the outbreak of the war, we have been forcibly displaced to the south of Gaza, in the hope of finding a safer place, but the fact is that there is no safe place in Gaza. After we had lost all our possessions and belongings like our house and our livelihood_ source business were destroyed and damaged 💔 due to the annihilation of our neighborhood.
Tumblr media
This photo was taken to the remains and ruins of our house. Nothing has been left for my family to live in nor a source to live on. Now we are living in small tents ⛺ in streets lacking all means of a house.
Tumblr media
We re leading unbelievably difficult circumstances due to this injust war on Gaza. Also, We are painfully suffering from the bad living conditions because we lack all necessities and essentials of our daily life. Food, clean drink water, medicine 💊, health care , and other necessities have become scarce and unattainable and this adds to our sufferings and hardship.
Tumblr media
a photo taken to show how harsh and tough our life is. hours of waiting in queue to get some gallons of water for the daily use. This is driving us crazy and insane .
Tumblr media
What adds to our tragedy is that we wait long hours just to get a little water that can't meet our daily use.
Tumblr media
It is also sad to have a sister suffering from chronic diseases such as bone atrophy , yet no health care exists.
so I am asking you my dear donors to help us get out of this painful tragedy and hardship. You can help my family by donating whatever you can or by sharing 🙏 my messages so that my goal can be reached sooner. Your help is essential for people in dire needs and awkward situations.
yours
